Today, we’re proud to introduce Gino-Tattoo Artist at 818 Tattoo Collective.

With 20 years of tattooing experience and more than 10,000 hours behind the machine, Gino has dedicated a huge part of his life to understanding what makes a tattoo truly special. His style is incredibly versatile, drawing inspiration from both Eastern and Western tattoo traditions, allowing him to approach each project with a unique perspective. For Gino, tattooing has never simply been about putting ink into skin.
It’s about understanding the art, the symbolism and the person wearing it.

His journey has taken him to tattoo conventions around the world, constantly developing his knowledge and appreciation of the history and meaning behind tattooing. This is especially true when it comes to Japanese Irezumi, where every element can carry its own story, symbolism and purpose.

That depth of understanding is something Gino brings into every consultation and every tattoo.
When he works, he gives 108% of his energy and focus to the person sitting in his chair. He takes the time to understand what the client wants, why they want it and how to turn that idea into something they can carry with them for life.
